Since our products are made to order for you and are therefore custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for goods that are free of defects. If the item you ordered is defective, please contact me at contact@miraalou.com and we will find a solution together!
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
